Try reinstalling flash packages - weird but it may actually work.
Can I use this to update my product code only? When I try to do it from within the normal Phoenix I get errors. I have 5800XM and I applied v11.0.008 firmware with a different product code, and now I want to change back to my original product code. Apparently the datapackage containin MY product code has not yet been leaked, and even though the update is on NSU I can't get it, because NSU only sees the 'new' product code in my phone. I have tried updating using various versions of Phoenix, Nokia Care Suite, and others, to no avail.
When I went to "Production Data Edit" it asked me for a password. Do you have any idea what this password might be?
